  • Alterations are not available on Sale items and any alterations or repairs required must be sourced privately. To assist with the repair process, each dress is sent with a generous pack of extra beads, buttons and replacement trim if required.

    Most gowns with straps will arrive unfastened to the gown so they can be fixed down by your tailor in your preferred position and tension.

    As many of these designs were created during the development stage of our collection, some gowns may be shipped with a raw hem edge. Depending on the style, we will send the matching lace trim or horsehair braid which will need to be attached during private alterations.

    If you're not completely satisfied with your selection, we offer a straightforward peace-of-mind return policy for all Sale Gowns valued over AU$500.00. You may return the gown to our Melbourne, Australia boutique (at your own expense) for a full refund, minus a AU$300.00 service and processing fee. Gowns must be returned in their original condition and shipped within 5 days of receipt (for Australian orders) or 14 days (for international orders).
