How should I store my Anna Campbell gown?

 We recommend hanging your dress correctly, by the hang tape sewn from the bust, and storing your dress in a safe place, off the floor and away from direct sunlight. To avoid any snags or pulls in the fabric, we recommend storing your dress in the complementary garment bag that you will receive with purchase. 

Do I need an appointment to try on an Anna Campbell dress?

Yes! If visiting the Anna Campbell Flagship boutique in Melbourne, it is always best if possible to book an hour long, one-on-one consultation with one of our incredible bridal stylists. 

Please do keep in mind that our stylists are in high demand, and that our Saturday appointments may book out months in advance! If you would like to secure your one-on-one consultation please be sure to book an appointment for your preferred date and time. Appointments may be booked online

I have purchased my dress. Should I bring anything to the fitting?

Please ensure you bring to your alterations appointments the shoes and underwear (including any shapewear) you will be wearing on your wedding day. This ensures that your dress will look exactly the same on your big day!

What does a fitting involve?
If purchasing from the Anna Campbell boutiques in Melbourne, basic alterations are offered at an additional charge. Alterations will usually require two appointments. At the first appointment you will discuss any desired alterations with your stylist and the hem of your dress will be pinned to the correct length. At the second appointment, you try your dress on for the final time before taking it home with you! Please contact the store at armadale@annacampbell.com.au for further details and pricing.

A same-day alterations service is available to brides travelling to Melbourne from interstate. Please contact armadale@annacampbell.com.au for further details and pricing. If purchasing from an Australian or international stockist, or via our online boutique, you will need to source private alterations.

How do I book an appointment or fitting at the Anna Campbell Flagship store? 
If you would like to make an appointment to view and try the dresses, please do so online.  If you would like to make an appointment for a fitting and alterations, please contact your in-store stylist at armadale@annacampbell.com.au or on (03) 9822 1293.

Will I need alterations?
All Anna Campbell dresses will require minor alterations. Please visit our Sizing & Alterations Guide for collection-specific information. 

Do the gowns come in other colors than pictured on the website?
Anna Campbell creates gowns in Ivory and Bone. Other colours are not available. Please visit the product page for the dress you are interested in for information about which colours are available in that style. If you click ‘Fabric Sample’ you will be able to view photographs of the different fabric colours.

Please note that all Anna Campbell lace is ivory, meaning if you select a dress with a lace skirt in ‘Bone’, the lace will remain ivory (with Bone underlay).

What is the price range of Anna Campbell gowns?
The pricing of Anna Campbell gowns varies between collections, and will range from AU$2,499 to AU$9,000.

Why have I had to pay tax on the arrival of my dress?
If you are an international customer who has purchased an item from our online boutique, you may be required to pay import tax to your government upon arrival of your purchase at customs. This tax is levied by your country’s government, and is not paid to Anna Campbell or our shipping provider, DHL.

As we have no control over these taxes, we are not able to give any advice as to how much might be payable. Each country has different import tax thresholds, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information about what import tax might be payable prior to placing your order. Do you deliver worldwide?
Anna Campbell delivers worldwide using DHL express international. Please note that we have recently experienced difficulties shipping into the Russian Federation. If you need your parcel to be shipped to Russia, please note that we are only able to ship to a business address (not a residential address).

What is the ordering process? How far in advance do I need to order my gown?
Anna Campbell dresses are all hand finished, and take a period of 16 weeks to create. This time begins from the day that your order is placed, whether via our online boutique or at our Armadale Flagship Store. 

Don’t have quite that long? Not to worry! If you are ordering a dress from the Forever Entwined, Gossamer, Spirit or Signature collections, we can bump your order to the top of the list with our rush fee service, and have your dress beautifully finished in as little as 2 weeks. Please visit our Online Purchasing Agreement for further information about rush fees. 

If you have ordered an Anna Campbell accessory, our team should have it beautifully made and on it’s way to you in as little as 2-3 business days. 

What size dresses do you carry?
Anna Campbell dresses are available in sizes XXXS to L. Please visit our Sizing & Alterations page for further information.

Do you do rush orders?
If you are ordering a dress from the Forever Entwined, Gossamer or Spirit collections, we can bump your order to the top of the list with our rush fee service, and have your dress beautifully finished in as little as 2 weeks. Please note that rush orders will not be available on Ceremony collection dresses until 2017.

Where are Anna Campbell dresses made?
All Anna Campbell dresses are designed and made in Melbourne, Australia, and all embellishments are similarly hand-finished in-house.

Where do I find my nearest retailer?
Anna Campbell now has over 50 retailers around the world! Please visit our Locations page to find your nearest Anna Campbell retailer.

How do I decide which size to order?
Please visit our Sizing & Alterations page, together with the sizing charts available on the product page for each dress, to determine your correct size. Our stylists are always available and ready to assist, so if you think you need some extra advice please contact our Online Sales Manager at orders@annacampbell.com.au.

What is a Trunk Show?
A trunk show is a touring collection of dresses. Very few retailers will hold every style from each Anna Campbell collection. So, for example, if your nearest retailer is hosting an Anna Campbell Spirit Collection trunk show, this is your opportunity to see the full Spirit Collection and try on any special gown that you might have had your eye on!

Anna Campbell has GossamerSpirit and Ceremony trunk shows circling Australia/NZ, the US, the UK and Europe, so make sure you check our Trunk Show dates so you don’t miss out!
