Morgan & Alex

Celebrating love, life, and laughter, dive into the heartwarming story of Alex and Morgan as they vow the beginning of their forever. A true fairytale!

Tell us about your wedding!: My Husband & I went through a lot these last few years. During COVID he was diagnosed with cancer. Throughout it all I was juggling my new career and being his primary caretaker. Due to COVID & our family living out of state, the opportunity to have help from people was extremely limited. Once we got word that his remission status was among us, Alex proposed at the Cancer Survivors Park on the Plaza in Kansas City, MO. After 5 years together, multiple face to face encounters with fate bringing us/ keeping us together, we were finally able to plan our forever together. This wedding was so special because it not only was a celebration of our next chapter together, but it was also our celebration of continuing to live life together despite the intense trials we faced. Our love just continues to strengthen with each hurdle we face. Our wedding day was a fairytale. We had some complications o the day, but we decided to do what we have always done. We focused on the positives and we adjusted to create the best outcome. Even with all the supposed “flaws” , I wouldn't change a thing about the day.

I chose my dress because...: It was fate! This was the dress if my dreams that I had saved on my Pinterest, but thought I would never find. Then one day I decided to go last minute dress shopping and the River Anna Campbell dress had just gotten added to their inventory. Dress #3 and I stopped after that. As soon as I began to get zipped up I started crying happy tears. I knew it was meant to be!
