You will receive tracking information once your loan dresses have left our Melbourne studio. Please ensure you keep a close eye on the tracking and that someone is home to safely receive and sign for the package.

Along with the dresses, you will also receive some essential items to ensure your appointment runs smoothly. These include bust cups, clamps, a measuring tape and a modesty panel.

Look out for a packing list and pre-paid shipping labels to ensure that you return every item back to us by the allocated time frame. (we’d hate to charge, but a fee will apply for late or incomplete return).

LOAN COST

AU$550.00 per sample

This fee is redeemable upon the purchase of your dress, if the deposit is paid within 7 days of your final Virtual Appointment

SHIPPING COST

AU$150.00 Within Australia

AU$300.00 International

This covers the shipping to and from your home and is redeemable upon the purchase of your dress, if the deposit is paid within 7 days of your final Virtual Appointment

HOLDING DEPOSIT

50% of the Retail price of each loan item.

We require a holding deposit to safeguard our dresses during the loan period. The holding deposit will be fully reimbursed to you once the dresses are returned in their original condition to our Melbourne studio.

GETTING STARTED

You must first have an initial Virtual Appointment with our team to be eligible for the Anna Campbell at-home service. You can book your appointment here

During your initial Virtual Appointment your dedicated stylist will help you narrow down your favourite styles and determine what we have available to loan out to you. Based on stock availability and your location, our team will lock in a time for your at-home appointment that factors in both shipping time and any timezone differences we may encounter.

Lastly, our team will also put together your invoice which will need to be paid in full before shipping. The cost involved in this service include a small loan and shipping fee as well as holding deposit for each dress. Find more pricing information below.

IT’S TRY-ON TIME!

Whilst you have our dresses at home, we will join you in a virtual appointment - don’t be afraid to try on the dresses before this and be ready to try them on again during your appointment, one on one with our stylists.

During this video call your Anna Campbell stylist will guide you step by step through each dress including how to select the ideal size and walk you through the process of ordering your dream dress.

This is also a great time to talk about styling and accessorising your look!
