first appointment

Our process begins with an in-depth consultation, where we take the time to truly understand your vision, preferences, and style. Your expert bridal stylist will then guide you through our designs and help you narrow down to your favourite. Our Melbourne flagship boutique houses an extensive curation of dresses including a wide range of sizes, exclusive designs & pre-release gowns.

 
 
 
 

ORDERING

To initiate the order for your own, we'll begin by finalising the gown details, including design, colour, and any additional customisations. When it comes to sizing, your gown will be prepared in a tailor-ready state, ensuring it's well-prepared for the alterations process.

Once the dress details are confirmed, a 30% deposit is required to begin construction .

 
 
 

CREATION

Our gowns are exclusively made to order, avoiding mass production. Every order is individually crafted by hand, right here in Melbourne, for our distinctive brides. This process requires a minimum of 20 weeks to complete.

Concerned about time constraints? We offer a priority rush service for brides with tighter timelines. For an additional fee, this service allows us to tailor a production schedule to accommodate your personal timeline, highlighting the advantages of producing locally in Melbourne.

 
 
 

TAILORING

Every Anna Campbell dress requires alterations to ensure an impeccable fit on your body. Our exclusive one-on-one tailoring service, conducted through a series of fittings at our Melbourne design studio, encompasses all necessary adjustments to perfectly tailor the fit of your gown.

For interstate brides, we provide an expedited service known as 'Priority Alterations.' This service condenses fittings into a 2-day process, requiring only one trip to Melbourne. Upon completion, you can return home with your gown, all set for your big day! We recommend scheduling priority alterations 2-3 weeks before the wedding date, with an additional fee of $499.00 for this express option.
