Tell us about your wedding!: My husband and I got married at the State Library Victoria on a Friday evening in October. We had a short and sweet ceremony, straight into a champagne tower and drinks in the historic La Trobe Reading room, before celebrating our reception in the Ian Potter Hall.
I chose my dress because...: The Mila because she is classical, elegant, and simple - she suited my style perfectly! It was the very first dress I tried on and I couldn't find any other dress that came close to comparing. I loved the square neckline and fitted bodice. I made a few minor customisations - bringing the shoulders in a tiny bit and the neckline a smidge higher so I felt super snug, and I also had a wider belt to create a stronger waist silhouette.
My experience with Anna Campbell was...:From start to finish my experience was incredible! I am not an overly fashionable or trendy person in my day-to-day life, but the staff from the boutique and throughout the fittings made me feel so comfortable and so beautiful. I loved that every part of the process was thoughtful and personalised. I also really appreciated the incredible effort that Anna Campbell places on sustainable production of her gowns; that was very valuable to me. I could not recommend Anna Campbell more highly!
My favourite moment from my wedding day was...: Our sneaky gelato stop at the Spring St Grocer during our photo tour. It was a private, fun moment purely for the enjoyment of it!
My fiance's reaction to me walking down the aisle was...: We did a first look at Parliament Steps - I think his jaw dropped a bit and then he just smiled and pulled me into a hug.
