The Anna Campbell Made to Measure bridal range is available to try on by appointment only to ensure we can dedicate the time and focus needed for each bride. Our Made to Measure bridal range in both the Brunswick and Armadale boutique is open to the public for viewing each Saturday from 11am - 3pm.

Appointments involve each bride working closely with our stylists, to choose every element of her dress from our range of samples, building ideas of her perfect gown. Once the gown is decided, the stylist will take measurments, and work with our Brunswick East studio to begin cutting and making the base of the dress. Months later, the beginings of the gown is ready for the first fitting,
where the bride and the stylist work together, placing on pieces of lace, one by one, and the gown that was imagined months ago starts forming shape. The stylist again works with the studio to complete all of the hand embellishing and alterations, between more appointments, until the gown is complete. There is no charge or commitment to purchase for appointments booked.

Our dresses are all made using silks. We use silk dupion, silk tulle, silk satin, georgette and crinkle chiffon, and silk sandwash linings. In addition to this, we use soft tulles, delicate laces, and inticate beading. Most of the laces and beading featured in our
collection is exclusive to Anna Campbell, and sourced worldwide, including France, Japan and India.

Our boutiques are open for private bridal appointments from Tuesday to Friday, with appointments starting from 11am
through to as late as 6:00pm. We also have limited appointments available on Saturdays.

First appointments provide time to get a feel for the Anna Campbell style, and discuss with your stylist the type of gown you are looking for, and the feel of your wedding. You will try pieces on and identify the design features and fabrics that you like,
and start to get a feel for our style.It is important that you arrive on time – first appointments are booked for a one hour period. Arriving late may result in having to reschedule your appointment, or have it cut short.

The Bridal Collection ranges from $2999 - $6999. This is inclusive of all appointments and custom made to measure fit.

The Anna Campbell label has a distinct signature style. We custom make in the sense that you are able to play with the styles, incorporating different elements from different pieces in the collection, including trains, fabrics, flowers, embellishments, layering and bust and skirt styles. If you are set on a style or design that we do not do – we would advise you seek the services of a dressmaker.

If you have chosen your bridal shoes and have a strapless bra, bring both to your appointment. We also recommend that you wear seamless sheer nude underwear, nude coloured spanx type form fitting undergarments are also highly recommended.

Choosing your bridal gown is an immensely important, private and monumental decision. We recommend that clients bring 1 – 2 close trusted friends or family members only – larger numbers of people generally only cause distraction and confusion. We are also working in a small, intimate space.

Time frame and Payment

Choosing your dress - 1 to 3 appointments
It can take between one and three appointments of working with our stylists to decide and design your perfect dress. Please note, appointments during the week book out one to two weeks in advance, it can take up to three months to secure a Saturday appointment, and two months to secure an after hours appointment, so if you have limited flexibility please allow for this in your time frame!

Once you have chosen your dress, a $100 deposit will secure your fittings (we work on both time frame and monthly capacity) and also order in the laces and embellishments used for your dress.

Getting Measured - 1 appointment
The next step is to have your measurments taken for the dress that you have chosen. You may have time to do this during one of your initial consultations - or you may like to make an appointment for a later date if you have a more generous time frame, or you are planning on changing shape.

It will take three to four months minimum to make the base of your dress, ready for your first fitting. Generally at your measurment appointment clients to pay as near to 50% of there dress off as possible.

Making your Dress - 3 - 4 months
Once your measurments have been taken, your order will make its way to the Brunswick East studio and Anna will cut out the base of your dress. Your dress will then start being made in house. When the base of the dress is made , it is pressed and packed with your laces and embellishments, and ready for your first fitting with your stylist.

Fittings - 3 -5 appointments all two weeks apart
Depending on the dress that you have ordered the first fitting generally involves working with your stylist to begin hand placing and pinning the laces and embellishments onto your dress. It is important to bring your bridal shoes to this fitting, as we will also need to measure the hem length.
This fitting is also a perfect to time to order, your earrings, and accessories with us.

The dress then returns to the studio, where your stylist, our machinst, and the boutique production manager will all work on your dress, getting it ready for your next fitting, handstitching down all of the pinned lace and beading.

This process repeats up to five times, depending on the dress until it is perfectly finished and ready to take home.
The final payment is not due until you take your dress home.
